grey

there's something soothing about grey.
looking across the landscape this morning, the sea and the sky and even the parched land seemed like one colour.
there was not a breath of wind.
a day when you could say there was no weather.

it felt so calming, almost like the suspension of time.

so, just for today, you can keep your bright colours - today is grey!
