i'm sorry, norm, but that is just rubbish.

i reckon that, armed with a bayonet, a long stick and a threatening voice, i could stand at the bottom of a steep slope and quite easily encourage someone to climb up.  in fact, i could probably even sit in a deckchair and do it.
