Pro Cheese and spinach pie. Actually, I should have said spanakopita, the big pie, rather than spanakopitakia, which is little cheese and spinach pies.
Here's a recipe, but as one of the comments says, it's better with proper pastry than with filo.
Be careful - I like poultry.

Lemon meringue pie. Pastry has to be sweet pastry made with icing sugar, more lemon than the recipe requires including using the zest, and the meringue needs to be cloudy, chewy and teeth achingly sweet. Another slice anyone? xx
