i rather like this quote from someone i've never heard of ...

"If you can solve your problem, then what is the need of worrying?
"If you cannot solve it, then what is the use of worrying?"

i once had a secretary (oooo-errrr missus) who called me a 'worry wart'.
she was scottish so obviously had more to worry about than me.
but she was half right.
i am a perfectionist.  i used to be driven by some unseen force that meant i was never satisfied with anythng i did - especially at work.  and i expected the same desire from people who worked for me, which i now realise made me a pretty tough person to work for.
some would have labelled me a worrier.  i chose to call it caring about what i did.

which leads me on to wondering whether it is actually possible to be human and never to worry about anything??

(chews nails)
oh i do hope someone replies to this post.
i hope i haven't upset anyone.
have i spelled everything correctly ...?
i wonder if the post will get published?
