i'm just unzipping my scroll case, because i'm about to make a motion at my cabinet meeting.

i'm proposing a new dogway code, to try and apply some sensible rules to what should be the simple act of taking one of my rented dogs out for a stroll (and let's face it, a series of bowel movements of the sort you don't want to see on the living room carpet).

the rules include -
keeping an eye on your dog (particularly important when it is about to make a deposit which the owner needs to pick up)
keeping a pocket stuffed full of little plastic bags and snacky treat things (useful in avoiding the bare handed poo pick up, and the treats come in handy when you about to be attacked by a bull mastiff with a face like gordon the brown)
walking at a reasonable pace (to avoid backlogs and queues at gates and pub doorways)

my dog paper is still out for consultation, so do feel free to let me know if you would like to propose an amendment.
