no jokes. just blatant boasting...

i passed my open university literature course with a grade two pass.
i was specially chuffed to get 80 per cent in the exam.
more than 550 people took the course, and i was in the top 25 per cent.

it felt like redemption after being a bit of an idiot at school.
now i've got loads of books to read, with no pictures in them, for the next course which starts in february -
based on shakespeare's plays and their performance.

i just want to hug everyone!

so here you are ...

  thank you miza...it's the first time i've done any serious study since school, so i had no way of knowing if i'd do well, especially in an exam!
  big sigh of relief now - and ready for the next one!

    And now you are doing it because you want to!
    And that changes everything, doesn't it?
    
    I returned to studying 8 years ago when we moved to England.
    I had to learn English if I wanted to do my job, so I enrolled on a full time course.
    
    And I passed 3 levels (3 years) in one!!
    
    Because I had to
    
    I'm thinking in doing something with computers, because I really want/need a website and I want to learn how to make it.

      i'm very glad i enrolled on the open university - it demands a lot of commitment but i enjoy learning new stuff - passing an exam is the icing on the cake!
