you can't drink and drive, smoke and drive, use a mobile phone and drive, or even drive at a decent speed.
so why are there so many crap drivers?

too many incidents!
i'm wondering if we are allowing too many older people to continue driving. sounds unfair, but i don't think many of them can cope. -
