her legs are crossed and she is wearing a tense expression.
but it's cold and i've only got me socks on.
and i'm tired.
and it's warm by the woodburner.
warm now = mess on the floor in the morning.
get cold = happy dog and pile on neighbour's neat grass verge.
tricky one, that.

If I were you,angel, I'd at leat borrow your dog's tense expression to wear. It's so cold you'll freeze your privates off and lose even more weight.

I just took Dawg out in the cold and wet, it is freezing out there. I could see all the stars. He mantled about in the long grass. Don't know if he poohed I didn't police him that well. I was jumping up and down to keep warm (see You Tube, I am sure I am on there. Sad old bird with Dog)
But couldn't bear to think he would be uncomfortable all night.
