i stayed up to watch the dawn.
she's a good friend of doris, and she'd promised to do the dance of the seven veils.
well, it took five of us a couple of hours to stitch enough tarpaulin together to go round her.
then she decided she couldn't perform to anything other than 'little arrows' by leapy lee.
so kev the chauffeur surprised us all by confessing he had it in his cassette collection, and all was well.
then dawn had her seventeenth snowball and fell asleep on doris's bosom.
we did manage to dig her out eventually.
the dance was all right, but it reminded me of a hippo trying to get through a revolving door.
still, the sunrise was nice.
though even that was delayed because dawn lay down exhausted, making the sun work even harder to get above the horizon.
right.
time to catch up on my paperwork.
someone said there was a global financial crisis.
but i'm ok.
the isle of kevin fund is all tucked away in me piggy bank. otherwise known as doris's purse.
sidejump
but can you find her pursestrings?
