and now, the end is near, and so i face the final curtain ....
in a few moments, i have to say goodbye to doris and flossie.
i'm going on a little trip, you see.
they'll be heartbroken.
because i'm taking the key to the larder with me.
and i've filled the fridge up with activa.
and i've instructed the pie shop not to serve them.
i know it'll be payback time when i get back home tomorrow. but it's just for one night.
so let's see how they manage.

Activia you say? Are you trying to make them less bloated? Is this wise? You may need to strap them to end of the pier to cushion the ferry in rough seas, and a little extra weight is always handy in these situations.

You do live life on the edge and I am surprised Doris and Flossie 'allowed' you to do that. There must have been trickery involved.

The sad thing is that there were reports of two lonely (large) ladies stood on the balcony in the Royal Palace on the Isle of Kev singing - and I apologize. "Somewhere over the rainbow - weigh a pie" I believe Judy Garland did it first..........................
