one more, just to keep you going until the lights come back on and the bad weather clears off.
i came across this while i was organising my photo library.
taken in the spring in national trust woodland ... the scent was heavenly and the colours fabulous.

  yes, i think they're the native english bluebell as opposed to the spanish invader.

I love walking in the woods when the blue bells are flowering. They are such a cheerful plant!

  yes, i find them very soothing.
  don't tell anyone but i sat in them for a while when i was taking this picture.
  we got on quite well together!

We have beautiful Bluebells in the wood near where I am, I only hope global warming won't kill these off too!

What a lovely photo, it reminds me of my childhood in West Yorkshire. It might not sound pretty, but we had some glorious bluebells in a nearby wood. Thank you.
