special

a very special moment - i have just opened a brand new bottle of bushmills 10 years old single malt irish whiskey (spelled with an 'e').

an even better special moment - i have just poured a generous measure and tasted it. no ice, no water, no nothing ... aaaaaaaah!

if you know a better whiskey, or whisky, please tell me.

It's a nice one. My last bottle was a Chivas Regal. Not my choice - it was a present - but it was quite nice.

The Black Bush (same distillery is also very nice, but I think it is slightly sweeter).
