it's the sun.
i feel sunny, you see.

little beams of happiness have been shining from me all day.
i handed out new picked strawberries to my work colleagues.
i bowled along on my motorbike along a clear open road all the way home.
i sang merrily and smiled at passers by as i strolled through town at lunchtime (ok - that is going a bit too far...)

i've learned to accept that we all have good times and bad times.
today has been good, so i'm celebrating.

doris is upstairs having a shower which means there will be a hosepipe ban before long.
i don't know why she does those things with the hosepipe but it's right that she gets banned.
i wouldn't mind, but she insists on showering next to an open window.
