  I agree with the above. We can put murderers into power as long as they do what we want. When we can't get their oil we start a "war" and get rid of them.

  Bush doesn't help african americans let alone actual africans.and they've got nothing for him to steal. or any fake weapons of mass destruction to not find. and mugabe never pissed his daddy off.

  There are resources. Investment in Africa is already well under way from both the East and the West.
  
  Less population has many advantages, but for investors it means you can eventually deal with one government with over-all control, with support from the majority of the country, as they've all but wiped out or silenced opposition. Areas can be stabilised, investment then becomes a good bet as the country becomes entwined in the world money making machine.
